About OttrCall

Our Story

OttrCall was born from a simple observation: human sales representatives are often inefficient at their jobs. They may lack updated information about their company's offerings, features, or changes. Sometimes the point of contact doesn't even know about recent updates that could benefit their customers.

We recognized that businesses need a competent, always-informed representative who can truly answer every user's query without the overhead of hiring and training staff. That's where OttrCall comes in.

Initially, we tried integrating with existing voice AI platforms, but found them expensive and cumbersome. This led us to build our own voice agents from the ground up using LiveKit, creating a more efficient and cost-effective solution.

Our Vision

To be the easiest voice service to use on the internet. We believe that any business owner should be able to deploy intelligent voice agents without needing an engineering team, development expertise, or technical knowledge.

We want our customers to have their minds blown when they experience OttrCall – just like we were amazed by how far AI voice technology has progressed and how quickly it continues to evolve.
